XLRI – Xavier School of Management (XLRI or formerly Xavier Labour Relations Institute) is a private business school run by the Society of Jesus in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. It was founded in 1949 in the steel city of Jamshedpur, as the oldest business school in India.
XAVIER APTITUDE TEST
XLRI conducts the online Xavier Aptitude Test in January every year. The online exam is conducted all over India in 81 cities.
A candidate may apply for multiple programmes. Those who apply for more than one programme may be called for multiple interviews and/or group discussions. The selection criteria for different programmes may differ depending on the nature of the programme. XAT online test will have different components and you need to maximise your performance in each of them. While preparing the shortlisted candidates for the interview, in addition to XAT performance, XLRI may factor in academic background and relevant work experience. The intake for BM and HR is 360 and Ex-PGDM 120.
Eligibility
Recognized Bachelor’s degree of a minimum of three years duration or equivalent in any discipline. Those completing their final examination by June 10, 2021, may also apply.
All Indian candidates can appear for XAT 2021. However, NRI and foreign candidates may apply either through a GMAT score or XAT.
XLRI: Admission Procedure
There are 2 stages that a candidate goes through before getting selected for XLRI PGDM Programme.
- The first stage is appearing for the XAT Exam conducted by XLRI.
- On clearing the required cut-offs, a candidate is called for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI).
