The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT 2022) has commenced this morning in 73 cities across India. Known to be a far tougher test that the Common Admission Test (CAT), candidates who had gathered outside the centres this morning seemed a tensed lot.

The exam will begin at 9.30 am and conclude at 12.40 pm. XAT’s admit card was released on December 24, 2021 and candidates could download it until yesterday.
The exam which consists of roughly 100 questions will be in two parts. The first one will have a total of 75 questions – namely Verbal and Logical ability with 26 questions, Decision Making with 21 questions and Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation with 28 questions. The second part will consist of 25 questions and will be based on General Knowledge and 1 essay question.
