IIM Visakhapatnam is a recent addition to the family of the Indian Institute of Management (IIMs). The campus was established in September 2015 by the government of India. The institute was declared as an institute of National importance under the IIM Act 2017. The campus is spread in approximately 230 acres of land. The IIM Visakhapatnam is supervised by the campus of IIM Bangalore.

IIM Visakhapatnam Admission Process

IIM Visakhapatnam courses include doctoral programmes or PhD programmes, postgraduate programmes in management, postgraduate programmes for experienced professionals, and postgraduate programme in digital governance management. Students can follow the  IIM Visakhapatnam admission process prescribed for particular courses to get admitted to their preferred programme. In addition to the doctoral and postgraduate programmes, the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam admissions is also offered in customised executive education programmes to enhance the management, research, or teaching skills of students. 

IIM Visakhapatnam PGPM Admissions  

The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam offers a course named postgraduate programme in Management. The admission for PGP in Management course is divided into three phases. The admission will be done on the basis of the weightage of scores acquired in the previous exams, entrance exam, work experience (if any), and personal interview.
