The Indian Institute of Management, Nagpur, was established in 2015  mentored by, IIM Ahmedabad. The college has been recognised as an ‘Institute of National Importance.’ IIM Nagpur is a member of AACSB or The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. The AACSB is an association that is committed to the creation of great leaders in the world of management. In NIRF ranking 2021, IIM Nagpur has been ranked 40 in the management category. 

IIM Nagpur offers two different courses in the form of a post-graduate programme and a doctoral programme for students. The MBA course has been designed to promote critical thinking and practical experience for the students who wish to be future managers. Besides, the Indian Institute of Management, Nagpur values extracurricular development as much as classroom learning and thus, the students get the opportunity to participate in various events and activities throughout the year. 

IIM Nagpur Admission Process

The institute offers admission to PG and doctoral courses. During the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur admission process, students will be shortlisted based on the Common Admission Test (CAT). Once the minimum cut-off list is announced, the eligible candidates are further shortlisted on the basis of their Past Academic Performance (PAP), along with Work Experience (WE), Diversity (DI), and performance in Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT). As per the IIM Nagpur admission weightage, 55% weightage is given to CAT, 21% to PA and 24% for the candidate’s overall profile. IIM Nagpur Admission – MBA Programme

The Indian Institute of Management offers a two-year post-graduate programme in MBA. The course is crafted and curated to educate the students about a holistic approach toward a comprehensive curriculum of management studies. The programme is bifurcated into six terms with a mandatory internship towards the end of the course.
